I2400.08f - Hearing Costs

Rule:

The district will reimburse the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) for costs related to conducting the hearing, including pre-hearing conferences, scheduling arrangement and other related matters.
The district will provide the parent with a written or, at the option of the parent, an electronic verbatim recording of the hearing, within a reasonable time of the close of the hearing.
The district will not use IDEA funds to pay attorney’s fees or other hearing costs.
