HOW TO APPLY ONLINE: QUICKSTART INSTRUCTIONS
NEWS & UPDATES
  1.  Prepare your information including dates of previous employment, names and numbers of supervisors, education, three professional references, and any other required documents such as transcripts, diplomas, test results, and letters of reference.  The application does take some time to complete, so please do not wait until the last minute to start.  Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.

  2. Browse our current online job openings and click on a job.  On top of the job posting page, click the Register/Login button and either register as a new user or sign-in.  Use only the latest version of Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer as your web browser.  Other browsers such as Safari or Chrome are not compatible.

  3. Click “Apply Now” on the selected job posting and complete your online application. All orange-color sections are "Required" to apply, everything else is optional.  Click the "save" button to add entries to your application.  Your entries should then "disappear" and move to the top of the section.  This is normal.  Click the "edit" button next to your entry to make any changes.  (Hint: If your entries do not save, try pressing the refresh button on your browser and entering your information again.)

  4. Convert your supplemental documents to PDF format.  (See "How to Create PDF on Mac" | Windows Users use PDFCreator). Upload your PDF or mail required documents to EdZapp.

  5. When you are finished click the green floating “Apply” button on the right-side.

You will receive an automated email once your application has been successfully received. Please do not call the Hiring Administrator or HR to confirm receipt. Instead, login again to edZapp and check your jobs applied to.  We will contact you only if you are selected for an interview.

If you have a question, please see our "Jobs Frequently Asked Questions" page before contacting 4J Human Resources or EdZapp Technical Support.
