Eugene School District 4J

The district draws upon the following district-adopted polices, local ordinances and state and federal laws to protect the privacy and rights of 4J students and family members while also complying with state and federal laws related to immigation enforcement. Simply put, 4J will not provide information or assistance to immigration officials in the enforcement of federal civil immigration law in the schools.
