After You Are Hired

Timesheets

Your on-site supervisor has timesheets or click “Timesheets” above to download and complete your timesheet. Your supervisor must sign your timesheet before you submit it. Your completed, signed timesheet must be submitted to Financial Services by the 15th of each month for you to be paid on the last working day of that month. If the 15th falls on a weekend, it should be sent to Financial Services on the preceding Friday. This is your responsibility; however, most on-site office staff will send your timesheet for you in the district mail.
