Professional Growth and Evaluation Systems

As Eugene School District strives to strengthen the ability of staff members to respond to ongoing changes in student demographics and to implement best practices in the delivery of education, the main purposes of the Professional Growth and Evaluation systems are to assess staff members’ current level of expert performance, provide opportunities and support for continuous improvement in areas of challenge, and build an infrastructure that supports collaborative professional learning.
