Non-Instructional MAPS Professional Growth & Evaluation

Eugene School District is dedicated to the professional growth and evaluation of all employees. Non-instructional managers, administrators, professionals, and supervisors (MAPS) have very critical roles throughout the district, every much as important to the success of the district and students as those of instructional administrators (principals, assistant principals, instructional directors, and Instructional Services administrators).

As district leadership works to build the professional growth and evaluation systems of non-instructional MAPS, more information and forms will be made available on this site. The following standards, process, and narrative form can be used to complete annual evaluations for non-instructional MAPS in the spirit of collaborative professional improvement.
