    Jen Kalata, PA-C

I have been working as a family practice PA-C for the past 25 years.  Since relocating to Eugene from Pennsylvania with my family in 2016, I have been working at Inkwell Medical Group.  I thrive on building relationships with patients - taking the time to listen to them and working together with them to address medical issues and provide overall good health. I’m very excited to be joining the 4J Wellness Team and look forward to meeting and working with the employees and their families who utilize the clinic.  My interests include spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors and camping, exercise, reading and cheering on the University of Oregon sports teams.
