About the Transition
Our district is transitioning from Business Plus to Tyler School ERP Pro (SERP), a new system designed to streamline and improve our business and human resources processes. The official launch date is January 4, 2027. As we prepare for this transition, there will be important deadlines, temporary interruptions to some services, and training opportunities for staff. Please review the timeline below to stay informed about key dates and changes that may affect your work. Additional information and resources will be provided throughout the transition to help ensure a smooth implementation.

November 2026 – January 2027

Applicant Training
Training on the applicant process in the new SERP system.

NOV 23–25
Initial HR Position Cleanup
First phase of HR position cleanup in preparation for the transition.

DEC 15
Frontline Leave Entry Cutoff
Last day to enter leave in Frontline.

DEC 16
SERP Leave Entry Begins
Staff begin using SERP for leave entry.

DEC 18
AP Deadline & HR Training
5:00 p.m.: Cutoff for Accounts Payable processing.
Hiring and onboarding shut down, with full-day SERP training for HR staff.

DEC 18–31
Business Plus Entry Pause
Normal Business Plus entry is paused. HR position cleanup continues.
Normal entry is scheduled to resume January 4.

JAN 4
SERP GO LIVE!
January 4, 2027: SERP officially launches.
Business Plus normal entry resumes, and staff training takes place during the in-service day.
