Wellbeing Coaching: receive eight video or phone sessions per year with a Wellbeing Coach. A Wellbeing Coach can assist with goal setting, healthy habits, and personal development.

Digitally enabled EAP comes with access to the Canopy platform that is designed to help reduce stress and keep you healthy. Small activities available from your desktop or mobile app store. Learn skills to develop your resilience, stress management, and mental fitness. Personalized recommendations, interactive exercises, mental health and skill building activities with videos.

Provides face-to-face assessment and counseling, along with phone, video, or chat options, a 24/7/365 crisis hotline, and online resources. No co-payments and eight-sessions, per event per year.
