YG–Kelly Transition Team Updates
In 2018, voters overwhelmingly approved the school bond measure to fund capital improvements at every 4J school including a brand new building for North Eugene High School. As the new building will be constructed at the west end of the property, where the Silver Lea school building currently stands, Yujin Gakuen is relocating.
School transition teams have been formed to coordinate the program relocations. The YG and Kelly transition teams are meeting regularly to address logistics, resolve issues and plan for the upcoming move.
Summaries from these meetings are listed below. To read the summary for a given meeting, click the arrow to expand the information.
The Kelly middle school and Yujin Gakuen transition teams, consisting of school administration, teachers, classified staff, parents and students, have completed a series of meetings to work through the upcoming move of the Yujin Gakuen program to the Kelly middle school building.
