Eugene School District 4J’s teachers and licensed specialists are represented by the Eugene Education Association (EEA).
Classified staff are represented by the Oregon School Employees Association (OSEA).
Guest teachers are represented by the Eugene Association of Substitute Teachers (EAST).
Administrators and other non-represented staff may be members of the association of Managers, Administrators, Professionals and Supervisors (MAPS).
