Important!
Do not use Zimbra or the 4jsecure network on devices that you share with students. Doing so would give them access to your email and enable them to browse the Internet under your identity with a staff web filtering level.

Android & Windows Phone
Setup must be done manually and the exact steps will vary by device and software version. Here are the general settings you need to know:

• Account type: Exchange and/or ActiveSync (wording varies)
• Email address: Your complete 4J email address
• Username: Just your 4J username (without the @4j.lane.edu)
• Server: mail.4j.lane.edu
• Domain: Leave this field blank.
• SSL/TLS: Enabled
