For Mac OS users, there is a system setting that may not allow you to tab onto several types of elements in a web page. To change this setting:
Communication provides a way to send emails to one, to a few, or to all student guardians. When an email has multiple recipients, individual emails are sent to each person. Recipients do not know who else received the email.
Email addresses are pulled from the Synergy database. You will receive one email confirmation that the email was successful, including a list of invalid email accounts. Warning: If you select Blind copy me on emails I send, you will receive a confirmation email for each person the email was sent to. Other school staff may be CC’d on the email. Email recipients will see CC’d individuals.
Attachments may be added to the emails and a Message History/Communication History is created to track messages.
Before sending the email, you will want to ensure elementary student’s email accounts are not selected.
