Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.

Open Safari Preferences:

Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.

This functionality requires the guest teacher to have Synergy access.

Substitute Instructions may be left for a guest teacher in Synergy. This option provides a simple text box in which to write lesson plans or other notes. If a school chooses, a temporary Synergy password is provided to the guest teacher. He or she can access the lesson plans and take attendance via Synergy.
