Eugene School District 4J

Our hope is to have our district migrate from Zimbra to Gmail by June, 2025. Here are the initial goals for this transition:

• Organization-Wide Rollout: Transition all staff, schools and departments to the new email platform with minimal disruption.  Students are already on Gmail.
• Enhanced Security: Implement robust security features such as advanced spam and phishing protections, data loss prevention to protect sensitive information and Administrative security capabilities amongst others
• User Support and Training: Provide extensive training resources, including workshops, videos, and documentation, to ensure system buy in and a smooth transition.
• Access to Information:  Provide continual access to email and calendar information to staff during this migration and ensure no data is lost.
