Day Field Trip Process
Field Trip Instructions
Before you begin,
- Download the Itinerary Form to your computer.
- Open the Itinerary Form, complete it, and save it.
Use the three dropdown menus below to complete these steps:
- Under the Day Field Trip Form dropdown, select your school and complete the form.
- At the bottom of the form, upload your completed Itinerary Form, then submit.
- Check your email for a confirmation message containing your Trip ID. Save this ID—you will need it later.
- Under the List of Day Field Trip Documents dropdown: download, complete, and save all other required documents.
- When your are ready, open the Upload Your Day Field Trip Documents dropdown and select your school.
- Enter your Trip ID and upload your completed documents.
You are finished!

IMPORTANT: At the bottom of this form, you will be asked upload your completed Itinerary. Make sure to download, complete and save your Itinerary before you begin the form below. Once you submit the form, check your email for a confimation message containing your Trip ID. Save this ID – you will need it later.
