4J Transportation Snow Routes 2024-25

Some school bus routes have alternate “snow routes” that may be used when snow and ice make road conditions hazardous at higher elevations. When school buses operate on these snow routes, some students will have a different bus stop location and time than on the regular route.

On days when buses will use snow routes, the school district will decide and announce the change before 6:30 a.m. If schools and buses are on their regular schedule, there will NOT be an announcement. See the Winter Weather page for more information.

Families with students riding on general-education routes may review snow route information below. Routes and stops not listed will be served at their regular locations and times.     

For families of students receiving curb-to-curb Adaptive, McKinney-Vento, or DHS transportation, 4J Transportation will message the snow stop information through the My Ride-K12 app and call a parent/guardian with the stops and times. If you don’t receive a call or voicemail, please call transportation at 541-790-7474 when notified of a snow route day.
