Technology Equipment Donation:

We appreciate the willingness to donate. As every 4J student now receives a device as part of their instruction, others in the community may be more likely to benefit from your donation. We suggest contacting Youth Era Eugene Drop, First Place Family Center, or other local area non-profits.

(4J Staff) If you have technology that you wish to discard:

1. Place everything in one box if possible.
2. Contact your building Technology Support Specialist (TSS).
3. Equipment will be reviewed for disposal according to district policy.

For all other non-technology discard equipment and parts:

Small quantity:

1. Box all the items (no specific order).
2. Mark it: “Warehouse:Discard.”
3. If you have a total of 2 boxes or less, please send them to the warehouse via the District Courier. If you have 3 to 9 boxes, please submit a work order to the warehouse for a separate pickup. If you have enough to fill more than 10 boxes, please call Mike at the Warehouse for instructions before you box the items.

Large quantity (10 or more):

Submit a work order to the warehouse requesting a pallet.  The warehouse will instruct on how to properly stack and package on the pallet.
