Tell Us About It: Report a Bias Incident
If you or anyone you know experiences bias-related harassment or discrimination, please report the incident without delay.
Ways to report an incident include:
- Report verbally or in writing to a school administrator or other trusted school employee
- Complete and submit onilne the Bias Incident Reporting Form
- Complete and submit in writing the Student Safety Reporting Form to your school’s office
- Contact SafeOregon, the tip line set up by the state for reporting concerns to schools by text, app, email or phone
