The Gmail migration section on 4J’s website is your go-to to get more details about the move, watch or read tutorials, or submit a question or help ticket. Need instruction on Gmail and Google Calendar from an expert? There will be optional training sessions,  both in-person and virtual, ahead of the June 30 migration date. Recordings of the virtual sessions will be posted on the migration website following these sessions:

• Tuesday, June 24, 10 a.m. – virtual training session for Gmail. Click here to watch a recorded video of this online session, which includes a  Gmail overview and instructions on all you need to do to get started..
• Wednesday, June 25, 10 a.m.–noon, Tower Room, Ed Center, 200 N. Monroe St.  – in-person training session on Gmail and Google Calendar basics. Sign up now; session limited to 35 people 
• Thursday, June 26, 2 p.m. – virtual training session for Google Calendar. Click here to watch a recorded video of this online session.

Additionally, there will be a series of optional in-person learning support sessions following the migration at the Ed Center, 200 N. Monroe St., where you can drop in as your schedule allows during the following dates and times: 

• Monday, June 30, 9 a.m.–noon, Tower Room
• Tuesday, July 1, 2:15–4 p.m., Tower Room
• Wednesday, July 2, 1–3 p.m., Mozart Room
• Thursday, July 3, 10 a.m.–noon, Tower Room
• Monday, July 7, 10 a.m.–noon, Tower Room
