A: Open Enrollment takes place August 15 – September 15 each year. All 4J benefit eligible employees are required to participate in Open Enrollment to select their elections for the new benefit year that begins on October 1^st. Failer to participate results in an automatic waive of medical, vision, and dental benefits. This is also an opportunity for employees to make a change to their benefit elections without having a Qualifying Event.
