Q&A: Open Enrollment

  • A: Open Enrollment takes place August 15 – September 15 each year. All 4J benefit eligible employees are required to participate in Open Enrollment to select their elections for the new benefit year that begins on October 1st. Failer to participate results in an automatic waive of medical, vision, and dental benefits. This is also an opportunity for employees to make a change to their benefit elections without having a Qualifying Event.
