Shared Gmail Accounts
Access Shared Mailboxes via Delegation
✅ To open a delegated/shared mailbox in Gmail:
If you’ve been granted access to a shared inbox (e.g., info@company.com
), you can access it like this:

Go to your 4J Gmail and log into your main account.

In the top-right corner, click your profile picture.

You’ll see the shared inbox listed under "Delegated accounts" if access was given.

Click it to switch into that mailbox.
🛠️ To set up delegation:

The shared inbox owner must go to:
Settings > Accounts and Import > Grant access to your account
✅ How to Access to Multiple Shared Mailboxes
If you’ve been granted delegation to multiple shared inboxes (e.g., info@
, support@
, hr@
):

Log into your primary Gmail account.

Click your profile picture (top right).

Under "Delegated accounts", click any of the shared inboxes to open it in a new tab.
🔁 Repeat for each shared inbox – each will open in a separate tab.
⚙️ Pros:

No need to log in/out of accounts.

Emails are separate, preventing confusion.

You can send as the shared account, if granted permission.
