Eugene School District 4J

The bargaining session between negotiators for Oregon School Employees Association Chapter 1, the union representing 4J’s classified employees, and the district scheduled for Nov. 3 has been cancelled. The school district's lead negotiator has had a sudden family emergency out of the area. 

A possible rescheduled session is to be determined. The next scheduled session is Friday, Nov. 21, at the 4J Education Center, 200 N. Monroe St., 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. 

Bargaining teams representing the  district and its classified employees union have met 11 times since April 10, working toward a successor contract to the OSEA-4J agreement that expired June 30, 2025. Sessions are also scheduled for Dec. 1 and 12.
