Computer Help Sessions
The Benefits Team will be hosting computer help sessions to assist employees with the technical pieces of open enrollment. Due to the current guidelines to reduce visitors to district property we are altering our drop-in computer help sessions.
If you are someone who struggles with the MyOEBB site, do not have access to a computer, or just want to have someone double check that you are properly completing the enrollment steps, please drop by at any one of our scheduled sessions. The computer help sessions will be located at the Ed Center at 200 North Monroe St. Eugene, OR. 97402.
Computer help sessions are not intended to assist with decisions on open enrollment elections. Please contact your Benefits Coordinator for one-on-one assistance or help with plan choice.

Sesiones de ayuda informática
El Equipo de beneficios organizará sesiones de ayuda informática para ayudar a los empleados con las piezas técnicas de la inscripción abierta. Debido a las pautas actuales para reducir los visitantes a la propiedad del distrito, estamos modificando nuestras sesiones de ayuda con la computadora sin cita previa.
Si tiene problemas con el sitio MyOEBB, no tiene acceso a una computadora o simplemente quiere que alguien verifique que está completando correctamente los pasos de inscripción, acérquese a cualquiera de nuestras sesiones programadas. Las sesiones de ayuda informática estarán ubicadas en el Ed Center en 200 North Monroe St. Eugene, OR. 97402.
Las sesiones de ayuda por computadora no están destinadas a ayudar con las decisiones sobre las elecciones de inscripción abierta. Comuníquese con su coordinador de beneficios para obtener asistencia personalizada o ayuda con la elección del plan.
