Community Eligibility Provision (CEP)
What is the Community Eligibility Provision?
The Community Eligibility Provision, or CEP, is a federal meal service option that allows qualifying schools and districts to provide breakfast and lunch at no cost to all enrolled students without collecting household meal benefits applications.
Eugene School District 4J participates in CEP districtwide. Every enrolled student may receive one reimbursable breakfast and one reimbursable lunch at no cost each school day.
