Undocumented Youth
If you are applying for consideration or renewal of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status, you need records dating back to June 15, 2007. Please contact enroll@4j.lane.edu to request a Request for Student Records for Deferred Action Process form that you will complete and return to 4J. You will be contacted when your records are ready to pick up, or if more information is needed, once the completed form has been submitted.
