School Nurses
4J school nurses are assigned to several schools and rotate to provide services. School nurses can help students and families access health care at the health centers or with community providers, including helping to access vision and dental care for uninsured students; set up care plans for students who have health problems, offer consultation services to the school sites and to families.
To get in touch with the school nurse, contact your school, or go to the Health Services Staff Directory page.
